What is the cancellation policy?
At Karim Tour, we strive to offer one of the most flexible cancellation policies possible. Most of our tours can be cancelled free of charge up to 12 hours before departure. However, some tours require earlier notice. These include: - Flights and flight-inclusive tours - Tours in another country - Private (individual) tours For these services, cancellation must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure.
What is the refund policy?
Around 90% of our tours require no prepayment, and payment is made on the day of the tour. If a prepayment is required, the following conditions apply: - Flight tickets: If the airline ticket has already been issued, refunds are subject to the airline’s cancellation policy. - International tours: A cancellation fee of up to 20% may apply if your seat has already been reserved with our partners. - Late cancellations or no-shows: If you cancel at the time of the tour or do not inform us in advance, any prepaid amount is non-refundable. If you have any questions regarding cancellations or refunds, please contact our support team before booking. We will be happy to assist you.
