Organizational Details:

1. Attention!!! A 30% prepayment is required for booking. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled date (the evening before or the morning of the tour), the deposit is non-refundable.
2. Payment: We accept USD, EUR, and TRY. Online transfers in your local currency (RUB, UAH, UZS, KZT) are also available with no commission.
3. Gear: Don't forget to bring your swimwear, sunscreen, and towels.
4. Transfer Areas: Transfer is included from all Alanya regions—Oba, Mahmutlar, Konaklı, Incekum, Avsallar, Okurcalar, Tosmur.
5. Pickup Time: Depends on your hotel location and will be provided after booking.
6. Pickup Point: Please wait for the transfer outside the hotel entrance (behind the barrier/gate), not inside the hotel premises!
7. Child Policy: Children under 4 years old are not provided with a separate seat on the bus (they sit on an adult's lap). If you want a separate seat for a child under 3, you must book a separate ticket for them.
