1. Payment on the day of the excursion. Dollars, Euros, and Lira are accepted. There is also an option to pay in your currency: Ruble (RUB) - Hryvnia (UAH) - Som (UZS) - Tenge (KZT) (online transfer without commission).
2. Expect the transfer outside, in front of the entrance to the hotel, behind the barrier, not on the hotel territory!
3. The transfer time depends on the region where your hotel is located and will be informed after the order.
4. Children under 3 years old are not provided with a separate seat on the bus, except when free seats are available. To book a seat for a child, you must indicate the age of 3-12 years in the order and make the payment.
5. Pool depth: from 0 to 4 meters. Swimming takes place in life jackets. The program is not suitable for people with disabilities or pregnant women.
6. Swimming with dolphins is allowed for children from 6 years old; children under 6 years old must be accompanied by parents (payment for two).
