Organizational Details:

1. Payment on the day of the tour; accepted currencies: USD, EUR, TRY, or local currencies (RUB, UAH, UZS, KZT) via online transfer without commission.
2. Transfer times depend on your hotel location and are confirmed after booking.
3. Pickup is outside the hotel, before the entrance/barrier — not inside hotel territory.
4. Height & weight restrictions: minimum 130 cm, maximum 120 kg. Children under 12 must be supervised by adults.
5. All rides are supervised by instructors who explain safety rules. Pool water is clean and meets all sanitary standards.
6. Children under 5 do not get a separate bus seat; they sit with adults. To reserve a separate seat for children under 3, book an extra ticket.
