1. Attention!!! Booking requires a 30% prepayment. The prepayment is non-refundable if you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled date.
2. Payment is accepted in USD, EUR, and TRY. Online transfer options (RUB, UAH, UZS, KZT) are also available without commission.
3. Photos with dolphins and fur seals are available after the show for an additional fee.
4. The transfer should be waited for outside the hotel entrance, behind the barrier, not on the hotel grounds!
5. Children under 3 years old do not get a separate seat on the bus (they sit on laps). To reserve a separate seat for a child under 3, a separate ticket must be purchased.
