📌 Tour Program:

1. Hotel Departure: The excursion begins early in the morning, usually between 00:15 and 01:30 AM, depending on your hotel location.
2. Arrival in Pamukkale: After the night transfer, you will arrive at the balloon take-off site.
3. Hot Air Balloon Flight: The flight lasts approximately 45–60 minutes, offering panoramic views of the travertines and the surrounding landscape.
4. Post-Flight: Upon landing, you will receive a flight certificate, followed by breakfast.
5. Pamukkale & Hierapolis Tour: After breakfast, you will visit the natural white terraces of Pamukkale and the ruins of the ancient city of Hierapolis.
6. Return to Side: After lunch, you will depart for your hotel, with an expected arrival around 07:00 PM.

📌 Organizational Details:

1. Payment: Full payment is required at least 24 hours before the excursion. We accept USD, EUR, and TRY. Online transfer in your local currency (RUB, UAH, UZS, KZT) is available without commission.
2. Travel Time: The one-way trip from Side takes at least 4 hours.
3. Duration: The price includes entrance to Pamukkale and Hierapolis with 2 hours and 45 minutes of free time provided.
4. Pools: Cleopatra’s Pool and the Red Springs are not included. You can purchase tickets from the guide (approx. $10-$15). No extra time is allotted; visits must occur during general free time.
5. Drinks: All drinks are extra; even water at the restaurant is paid.

🎒 Recommendations:

1. Clothing: Bring warm clothes as it is chilly in the early morning and at higher altitudes.
2. Footwear: Wear comfortable shoes for walking on ruins and travertines.
3. Essentials: Bring swimwear if you plan to use the thermal springs.
