Organizational Matters:

1. Payment is made on the day of the excursion; USD, EUR, and TRY are accepted. There is also an option to pay in your currency: Ruble (RUB) - Hryvnia (UAH) - Som (UZS) - Tenge (KZT) (online transfer without commission).
2. Follow the crew's instructions and observe safety precautions while swimming and participating in onboard entertainment.
3. Transfer time depends on the region where your hotel is located and is provided after booking.
4. The transfer should be waited for on the street, in front of the hotel entrance/gate (behind the barrier), not inside the hotel territory!
5. Children under 4 years old are not provided with a separate seat on the bus. They sit with adults (on laps). If you want your child under 4 to occupy a separate seat, you must purchase a separate ticket for them during booking.
6. Transfer is included in the price from all Alanya regions — Oba, Mahmutlar, Konaklı, Incekum, Avsallar, Okurcalar, Tosmur.
