1. Payment on the day of the excursion; dollars, euros, and liras are accepted. There is also an option to pay in your currency: Ruble (RUB) - Hryvnia (UAH) - Sum (UZS) - Tenge (KZT) (online transfer without commission).
2. The transfer time depends on the region where your hotel is located and is communicated after the order.
3. The transfer for the excursion should be waited for on the street, in front of the hotel entrance (entry), behind the barrier, not on the hotel territory!
4. For children under 3 years old, a separate seat on the bus is not provided. Children sit with adults (on laps). If you want your child under 3 to occupy a separate seat, you need to book a separate ticket for them.
